5″ Broccoli and Cheese Quiche Gluten Free


Our Broccoli and Cheese Quiche use a unique mix of cheddar cheeses & a special crust. Instead of just sprinkling the cheese on the bottom, we’re using a specially formulated cheese sauce that we invented right here in our kitchen. The broccoli & custard are then added & before the shredded cheese is put on top, extra dollops of the cheese sauce are piped into the custard.


DIRECTIONS: Cook Frozen: Preheat oven to 350F. Take off wrapping. Place on baking sheet.

  • Small Pie-5″: Bake 35-40 min.
  • Large Pie-9″: Bake 35-40 min. Time varies depending on oven. Inside temperature should be 165F.

INGREDIENTS:  Eggs, half & half (milk, cream), 2% milk (milk, skim milk, vit A palmitate, vit D3), butter (sweet cream (milk), salt, microbial cultures), GF flour blend(sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), cheese (milk, cheese cultuires, salt enzymes), broccoli, spices.   Contains: Eggs, dairy.
