Thanksgiving in a Pie – 5″

Bottom layer is stuffing topped with turkey filling and dotted with cranberries.
The crust is a cornmeal crust with cranberries.

DIRECTIONS: Frozen: Preheat oven to 400F. Take off wrapping. Place on a baking sheet.

  • Small Pie-5″ : Bake 50-60 minutes.
  • Large Pie-9″ : Bake 55-65 minutes.

If the crust is browning too much, place tin foil on top. Time varies depending on the oven. The inside temperature should be 165F.

INGREDIENTS: Turkey, GF chicken stock, 2% milk, bread, green beans, carrots, celery, onion, sweet potatoes, butter, unbleached flour, cranberries, palm shortening, salt, sugar, arrowroot, thyme, rosemary, sage, pepper, cayenne pepper, egg. Contains: Wheat, egg.
